Refund Policy

We care a lot about your peace of mind while you’re shopping with us, so that’s why we’re offering you the following solutions if you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation.

Our refund policy lasts 14 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. However, only warranty purchases may request immediate refund, as defective items reported within this period will be ordered a replacement. Full refunds can be issued in the form of store credit for unopened packages, upon confirmation of arrival of the package at our headquarters in Miami, FL.

We would like to encourage no returns policy of SimpleSpirit. However, if you have any issues with the item(s) you’ve received, please contact us at support@simplespirit.co as we address exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

One of our core values is that we take care of the environment whenever we are making any business decisions or actions.

We would like to reduce the amount of returns because we’re aware that encouraging returns has a significant negative impact on the environment: extra materials are used for repackaging; the additional transportation burns more diesel fuel, increasing carbon dioxide emissions; and landfill waste is increasing.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SimpleSpirit™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, SimpleSpirit™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
